About Us

We offers a variety of classes for all levels. We teach the styles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Wrestling, Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, Muay-Thai, Self Defense, Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training. We provide training for competition, tournaments, self defense or if you just want a fun and challenging workout to be in top shape.

Classes

Mixed Martial Arts

Martial arts training is geared towards knowledge, technique, and offensive & defensive skills. Instruction focuses on interactive contact training, parrying drills, boxing, take down drills, wrestling, grappling, and Muay Thai free-form sparring.

Boxing / Kickboxing

In Boxing class, you’ll have your hands wrapped, you’ll Jump Rope, you’ll work out on our heavy bags, speed bags, focus mitts; we’ll work your abs and much much more. 

You will learn combinations of throw punches, knees, elbows and kicks in the Kickboxing class. Total body movements recruiting new sets of muscles burning more calories then your old cardio routine. Its a great way to lose weight, do some cardio and have some fun, while kicking butt!

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing)

Muay Thai Kick boxing is the original kick boxing style from Thailand. Learn to kick some butt or have a great workout simulating Thai boxing movements. Throw punches, knees, elbows, kicks. Learn combinations of these movements and have a great workout.

Children's Martial Arts

Did you know that Martial Arts is 20 times better than other team sports in developing a child’s self esteem and confidence? Our program can help children increase their confidence, self- esteem, discipline, while teaching them life skills that will last them a lifetime and much more.

Jiu Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu concentrates on dominating your opponent on the ground by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning to control an opponent’s body movement. This style allows for a smaller person to defeat a much larger attacker. We recommend this style for men and women looking for a great workout and realistic self-defense.

Personal Training

We have personal training and kickboxing sessions on a one-to-one basis. Individual clients experience transformative results from sessions geared specifically for them.
